NATA member companies comprise of the industry’s leaders and suppliers to the towing and recovery industry who have a combined experience of over a 100 years. Producing an array of tools and products that encourage and support professionalism in business management thus enhancing the towing and recovery industry. Since the dawn of our democracy TRANSFOMATION in the towing industry has been a talking point but only now change is being realized.
Organization Structure
The National African Towing Association is built up by towing and roadside assistance specialists with a focus on putting the customer first while building a sustainable industry.
Operations
Head office is based in Pretoria and our call centre is based in Soweto. Executive members are actively involved in the management of the organization, with towing and roadside assistance operations fulfilled by national membership base.
Service
All customer/ client interaction is monitored and followed up on to ensure that we maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction. Members have accredited storage facilities which are vetted by the association.
Recovery and Roadside Assistance
Location Based
With over 300 members and affiliates NATA can provide national coverage with a goal of including neighbouring SADC states.
Service Scope
Recovery of motorcycles, passenger vehicles. LDVs, and other commercial vehicles. Roadside Assistance. Fuel Runs. Jump Starts.
Call Centre
Our call centre is available 24 hours a day, seven days of the week. With custom software for the dispatching of our members.
Representation
Offers representation, education, and leadership at ALL levels of society, gender, race and culture without any exclusion.
